Dry Processing

The dry processing area at The FOODBOWL contains a twin screw extruder, together with equipment used for milling and blending powders and dry food products. The dry process area includes a chiller to enable wet materials requiring refrigeration, such as egg pulp and dairy fats to be handled. In addition, a humidity controlled drying room is available for products requiring slower or longer term drying.

Munter Dehumidifier
Temperature controlled dehumidification room set up with a Munter Dehumidifier.
