The FoodBowl Open Days 2015 was found to be hugely successful. Over 570 people visited the facility over the two days of networking and live food production. Please see below for video:
The FoodSouth food innovation centre is built and being commissed, and scheduled to open in November. The facility, the latest addition to the nationwide New Zealand Food Innovation Network and the first facility of its kind in the South Island, is being built on the Lincoln University campus.
Food for thought – growing Canterbury’s food industry held in April was an event organised by the Canterbury Development Corporation (CDC) in conjunction with the NZ Food Innovation Network (NZFIN) to encourage innovation in the local food and beverage sector.
