Waikato Innovation Park's spraydryer is well on its way to a $5 million upgrade. Callaghan Innovation has confirmed it will contribute $3 million towards a project to establish wet processing facilities at the spraydryer plant. This will pave the way for food and beverage producers to trial smaller runs of products before heading to market.
