The FoodBowl is part of a national network of food and beverage resources and facilities designed to accelerate the growth of NZ F&B businesses, with increasing exports as the primary end goal.
We are first and foremost a game-changing, government funded, manufacturing facility packed full of diverse equipment focussed on providing our clients with innovative processing technologies, expertise and connections to accelerate the development, commercialisation and export of their innovative, food-safe, value-added F&B products.
Over the past five years The FoodBowl has worked with thousands of companies in the NZ F&B space including Tegel, Comvita, Invivo Wines, Lewis Road Creamery, Westland Milk Products, Little Island Coconut Creamery and Manuka Health on a range of new products and processes.
We are a vision, mission and values-led company driven by a passion for the NZ food industry and desire to help NZ F&B businesses succeed.
Our Vision is to be instrumental in the successful growth of ambitious and innovative NZ F&B companies that are driven to commercialise and export.
