New Drying Technology Workshop

Providing additional benefits to support a healthy lifestyle through functional foods, has driven New Zealand’s non-dairy industry to seek opportunities through new drying technologies. The New Zealand Food Innovation Network in collaboration with AGMARDT, Ag Research, Callaghan Innovation and Plant and Food Research have commissioned a report that showcases the wide variety of technologies available both in New Zealand and around the world.
This workshop aims to explore the latest in drying technologies that are now available in New Zealand as well as give an overview to the report.
