UHT Courses on at The FoodBowl 4th to 8th Dec 2017

The FoodBowl and  DWC FoodTech are pleased to announce that we will be running again the Approved Persons Course for UHT Processing and Aseptic Packaging and also a new course called Operators and Supervisors Course for UHT Processing.

Both courses will run concurrently with the Operators and Supervisors course having no prerequisites and being less demanding than our Approved Persons Course for UHT Processing and Aseptic Packaging.

Microbiology of UHT operations, Thermal processing concepts, Selection of thermal processing conditions - Processing plant equipment - The influence of product flow characteristics on exposure time, Validation of thermal processes- Filling operations - Packaging and performance evaluation - Cleaning, sanitisation and sterilisation - Validation and verification of performance of heat processing systems
