2021 training opportunities – calling for expressions of interest

NZFIN has a collective passion for excellence in the food and beverage industry and training is a large part of helping businesses upskill to succeed – both nationally and internationally. We are looking at 2021 and are seeking expressions of interest for the below courses. We are proposing dates from March onwards. Our face-to-face courses will be dependent on the trans-Tasman travel bubble opening for our Australian training professionals who deliver content for us.

Please email debbie.fielder@foodinnovationnetwork.co.nz and indicate your interest in attending any of these training events, clearly stating which course is of interest, and if there is an option of face to face or online – please specify:

  1. Approved person UHT processing and aseptic packaging course (face to face -Auckland)
  2. Operations and supervisors UHT processing and aseptic packaging course (face to face -Auckland)
  3. Retort processing course (face to face or online)
  4. Chilled foods: quality, shelf-life and safety (online)
  5. Food preservation webinar series with a NZ flavour (face to face or online)
  6. Food engineering principles and practices (face to face or online)
  7. Breakfast cereals technology programme. Covering basic extrusion, but also other breakfast cereal technologies like cooking/preconditioning/tempering, flaking/shredding, drying/toasting, coating and puffing (face to face or online)
