The workshop is aimed at industry participants who wish to gain a thorough understanding of beverage technology and will cover the development of a beverage through R&D, processing, packing and commercialisation.

The content will be very relevant to larger companies looking to up-skill staff as well as SMEs and start-ups.

Presenter John Evans is Managing Director of Blend Group and will bring his wealth of commercial beverage experience to give you practical insights and information on the requirements for success in this area. He will focus on RTDs, non-alcoholic beverages, carbonated and still, dairy and non-dairy (and even kombuchas!)

The workshop will also include a half an hour technical presentation from Sensient Technologies outlining the use of flavours and colours in beverage applications.
