Here’s your chance to learn how to overcome key points of difficulty relating to basic food labelling!
Presented by McFoodies, this workshop covers the core requirements to creating a food label.
You’ll spend 4 hours looking at key issues commonly faced when creating labels. You’ll cover ingredients, additives, allergens and NIPs.
Participants should bring examples of their product ingredient specifications, recipes and a laptop to this session. You’ll get a free Zubi label worth $59 and there will be a practical component in the session where you’ll have fun creating a label to practise learnings from the workshop.
