FoodPilot

Turn your food and beverage ideas into products and solutions.

Our expertise and equipment is ideally suited for the early stages of a food project. We help workshop your product idea, gather information, and carry out lab scale and pilot-scale trials.

The focus in this first stage is on developing and refining your formulation and process and understanding the characteristics of your product. Once this has been completed, your project can be scaled up with commercial runs, or larger-scale market validation at another New Zealand Food Innovation Network hub.
