Graduation facility for spray dried production

The FoodWaikato spray dryer was built at Waikato Innovation Park with the backing of Callaghan Innovation.

The spray dryer manufactures sheep, goat and cow milk powders and converts these powders into bases that can be used to make nutritional formula, including infant formula.
