HACCP: A Risk Assessment Perspective
This workshop is aimed at Food Safety, Quality and Operational industry professionals who wish to gain a broad understanding of HACCP using risk assessment.
It will cover the Principles of developing a HACCP programme, what makes a strong HACCP team, constructing and verifying the flow diagram, and how to conduct a hazard analysis.
The content will be invaluable for companies of all sizes looking to rapidly up-skill their staff in the fundamentals of HACCP with practical learnings and case studies from an experienced industry expert.
