On March 25th 2019, The The FoodBowl and Westpac hosted a panel of experts and an audience of over 80 attendees to discuss the the future of food and beverage.
2019 promises to be a challenging year for the New Zealand Food and Beverage Industry. Subjects discussed included the economic outlook, changing consumer habits, market innovations, trade dynamics and new disruptive business models and technologies that could transform the Food Industry landscape.
The distinguished panel was made up of Chris Quin, CEO, Foodstuffs North Island; Dominick Stephens, Chief Economist, Westpac; Kelly Smith, Consultant to FGC; Stephanie Honey, Associate Director, New Zealand International Business Forum; Tim Morris, Director, Coriolis Research and was MC’d by Tony Nowell, Board Member of The The FoodBowl.
