Approved Persons Course for UHT Processed and Aseptically Packaged Foods

The program has been developed for those involved with the management, development, validation and control of UHT processing the aseptic packaging of low-acid, acid food and beverages. It is specifically designed to provide and advanced level of training and accreditation regarded by the food industry and regulators. Participants must be comfortable performing mathematical calculations.
Price: $3,200 plus GST

 

Fundamentals of UHT Processing and Aseptic Packaging

The course has no prerequisites and is less demanding than our Approved Persons Course for UHT. This program has been developed for those involved in the development, verification, maintenance, operation of UHT processing, aseptic packaging of low-acid and acid foods and beverages. It is suitable for those involved in (or have an interest in) UHT processing and/or aseptic packaging but do not require the advanced level of training required to determine, validate or verify heat treatments (F values).
Price: $3000 plus GST
